Bev, there is a difference between arguing in the negative sense and talking frankly about a situation. It is good at work or in marriage to communicate openly, that is, communicate as over against talk. Communication has to do with self-revelation authentically.

This is a good passage for me. I’m typically a positive person yet when I see unjustice in the workplace or anywhere else, I feel if it’s not addressed, which can involve disputing, then it simply continues.
I realize unjustice is relative, so what some perceive as unfair, others do not. How does the Christian handle these situations?

You have a glorious way with words. I can understand you and it has helped me with a situtation that I am in now. I learned a new word “ATTIDUNIAL”. This is typical of me and now I understand how to work on my problem. Thank you.
