Stanley, You hit on a topic that needs more focus in our day. Evangelical Christians have lost eternal priorities for temporal priorities.

This is a Blessing to read this passage, for I am going thru trials as we speak. But it is these trials that is causing me to be more focus on the things of GOD, on the work Christ as left for me (us-Believers) to do while it is still day for the night is coming. I or we do not know te day or the hour but We do know he will rapture the Church (Believers) and as you said in your commentary nothing as to occur before the rapture it could happen anytime. As an American I (We) have focus more on being a devouted- patriotic American than a Faithful Christian. As a Minister this is causing me to be to commit even more of my Life to Service not so much to things that are temporal. I can only Pray that Christian will be commited to their witness as Christians (Acts 1:6-8) not mix the agenda of the LORD with the plans of man (the government). Christ's agenda should supersede man's agenda not mix with it. May GOD Bless and Keep You.
