		<description>I think that this passage certainly teaches the importance of respecting leadership, but I think that it is also important to note that there are times when people must be out-of-step.  If the leadership is not following the Scriptures, then the congregation needs to stand up and confront them.  All people are accountable to the Scriptures no matter what position they have.  2 Timothy 3:16 speaks of how all scripture is God breathed and that it should be used to correct people.  There are times when leadership may be in need of correction or rebuking, such as what happened in the Protestant Reformation.  I just think that this should be noted in the commentary because it almost makes it sound like leadership is infallable.</description>
