		<description>Blake, it is very difficult to determine a given situation like you describe from afar. However, in addition to the comments above there are many situations were we have to make judgments about others. It is one thing to objectively assess the situation (if we see an apple hanging from an apple tree, we call it an apple tree) and it another to slander another based on subjective opinion. This is not judgment but looking at the situation as objective. This is neither slander nor judgment.</description>
