Read Introduction to Romans

31 undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful;

“Unloving” means without natural affection. Members of families normally carry natural affection toward one another. The home should be the place of strongest natural affection. It is a distortion of nature if it is not.

There is instability of human love without divine revelation.

Some people are heartless. Those without revelation have a proclivity to degenerate from basic social norms. Abortion is an example of this: people without natural affection care only for their own rights, not the rights of a baby. Another example is a husband who leaves his children, never again to speak to them. Again, this could apply to homosexuality.
