31 undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful;
unforgiving,
This word is not found in some manuscripts but is found in the Majority texts. “Unforgiving” means without mercy, without pity. These are people who are ruthless. These people are callous toward other people, having no sense of pity toward them.
PRINCIPLE:
The lack of capacity to forgive violates the nature of God.
APPLICATION:
Some people are implacable and irreconcilable. There is no way to appease them. If you oppose them, they are your enemies forever. Cross them once and you have had it.
This is unwillingness to be reconciled even after strong appeal from another person. Such callous people are cruel with no sense of mercy; they are ruthless toward others. Some people love to watch bloodshed. This is a hardness of heart toward people with no sense of compassion. This is a ruthless mentality, a savage mentality.
