Read Introduction to Acts

15 And after those days we packed and went up to Jerusalem. 16 Also some of the disciples from Caesarea went with us and brought with them a certain Mnason of Cyprus, an early disciple, with whom we were to lodge.

Paul’s team departed for Jerusalem and planned to stay with Mnason, who was from Cyprus.

21:15

And after those days we packed and went up to Jerusalem.

Paul’s team packed up and departed for Jerusalem from Caesarea, a 65-mile trip.

21:16

Also some of the disciples from Caesarea went with us and brought with them a certain Mnason of Cyprus, an early disciple, with whom we were to lodge.

Both Paul’s team and disciples from Caesarea went with Paul to Jerusalem. They stayed with Mnason, a Hellenistic Jewish believer. This event concluded the third missionary journey.

PRINCIPLE:

There is no conflict between a man of vision and someone who loves people.

APPLICATION:

It is striking how many friends Paul met during his journeys. He was a people person and an intrepid missionary. He was a man of vision who loved people. The apostle was a person of courage who gave himself for others.
